Refund & Return Policy

As our products belong to the consumable health supplement category, we take product safety and hygiene very seriously.
All orders are final and non-refundable once shipped, except for cases of manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered.

1. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened or consumed products

• Damaged packaging caused after delivery

• Products purchased during promotions or bundle deals

• Free gifts, samples, or trial packs

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

We only accept refund/return if:

• You received a wrong item

• The product arrived damaged (proof required)

• Manufacturing defect confirmed

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with:

• Order number

• Photos / videos of product and packaging

• Clear description of the issue

3. Replacement Policy

If the case is approved, we will provide:

• A replacement item, or

• Store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

Refunds to bank/credit card are only considered for special cases.

4. Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made, as we process and ship quickly.
